Before specializing in Immigration Law, Mr. Salgado worked for several years as a criminal lawyer. This experience has given him the ability to anticipate situations, create strategies, and above all master the interrogation processes that are an essential ingredient in migration cases.

Attorney Salgado studied law at the well-known Catholic University of Ponce in Puerto Rico. He also has a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami, an academic experience that gives him a comprehensive and holistic knowledge of the legal world.

Mr. Salgado clearly knows the valuable socioeconomic contribution of immigrants in the United States and therefore part of his work is to break the false rhetoric that for decades has tried to capture that immigrants are only a negative burden for the country.
